I'm sure there are many out there,
who will be getting married or engaged on this day.

Well, 9 is associated to "long",
due to the similar pronunciation of long lasting in Canto.
People(especially Chinese) do believe that,
it symbolizes they will undergo a durable relationship over years,
with the same companion and live happily 4ever.
*there comes the fairy tale*

Oh, we never know if that is true,
but no harm choosing the date as your Anniversary date.
So memorable!!!
