- I'm feeling so healthy! -

Recently, i'm so interested in exercising, particularly jogging and playing badminton. Most probably is the influence of drama, which the main actor likes to jog so much. After watching, it fosters the growth of my sporting cells i guess. haha...

Yesterday, a Sunday, I went jogging in the morning. Ken was late, but sry to have dragged U along though U were so tired after the mountain climbing day. haha. In the afternoon, my family and I went 3K for badminton. 2 hours booking is definitely more than enough because playing badminton needs much stamina and "eats" our strengh. Dato Lee Chong Wei is a "chun" player to play so many matches straight without much rest. Perhaps, I'm the only lembik fella. haha..Anyway, it was so fun playing with family, to enjoy 天伦之乐 as it is very precious.

However, it is kinda pointless to do so much exercises. The calories burned while sweating came back. We went makan big big meals. haiz.. How to lose weight ler? haha. Nvm, healthy will do. =)

I personally feel that it does happen, but not to all.
Friends can be the closest to U, however, he/she may be the one who hurts U the most.
Because human is selfish, such a hypocrite.

I know of some1 who is really kind and helpful.
She treats her friends wholeheartedly, but what does she get in return?
Everyone takes her for granted and pushes everything to her.
I feel so sorry for her.

There are also people whose actions aren't parallel to their words.
Don't ever promise if U can't do so, neither do U suggest and expect others to settle!!!!!!!!
