- Drama Presentation -
Finally, the crucial time arrived and my group was the first group to perform our short story presentation as we requested it because a member of mine has to go back home before 9pm. I'm so proud to say that we did a good job though there was a part that we screwed it up because someone has forgotten his speech. Anyway, great job guys!!! Love working with u guys, and hopefully we shall have chance again.
All of us with our costumes!!

Miss Sally,our class representative
Students from Mandarin Class came to support me!!!
Lecturer was so happy and satisfied with all of our performances. As it would be the last time of seeing Madam Kavitha tonight, every1 was so eager to take picture with her. She is a very lovely lecturer, as if she is the close friend of every student. With her in the class, we will never feel bored.
My Beloved PEN 0035 Lecturer
It's already week 8 of my last trimester and I will be having final next week. Then, I will need to say Bye-Bye to Melaka and the friends and lecturers here. Oh no, I don't feel like leaving them...sob...

- Christmas Eve -
Around 6 o'clock, we reached Shi Ying's house and every1 of us was rushing to take our shower as fast as possible because we are already late to Ban Lee Siang. It is a place famous of its "Satay Celup". If we reach there late, we probably cannot get any seats there. It's always full house. Luckily, there were still many empty tables waiting for us even though the time shows 7pm. U can never get such delicious thing in other places. The sauce is so tasty and I love eating it so much.
Taken at the Ban Lee Siang - The place famous of its Satay Celup.
At 8.00pm, we have finished our meal and proceeded to The Eye of Melaka. Yes, it's The Eye of Melaka, not The Eye of Malaysia.
Thanks Shi Ying for driving us around.
Me & Sue Ern!!!
Memorable Christmas Eve
Taken at Xuan, with the camerawomen >> Sue Ern.
Seeing the beautiful fireworks in the sky, we know that the time is already 12am. Every1 was busy wishing their friends Merry Christmas. Time passes really fast. We paid the bill and left the place. Just as we were thinking of going back home, Shi Ying had an idea. She asked if we wanna eat "Ice Kacang" and of course every1 of us nodded our head because we didn't wanna go back so early as it was only 1 o'clock. From far, we could see people sitting in the middle of the road. It has really a good business. The "Ice Kacang" was so big and special. 3 girls shared 1 bowl of it. Imagine how big was it? haha...In fact, we still couldn't finish it because we were very full.
At 3.00am sharp, we reached her house. Yet, we stayed up till 4 o'clock because we were busy chit-chatting to each other. Girls are too talkative I would say...haha...And the night ended when every1 of us yawned together. I'm so happy today. Thanks guys for giving such lovely Christmas this year. It's such a memorable day!!!

- 冬至 -
My mom said that "冬至" is even more essential than the "团圆饭" on Chinese New Year Eve. Anyway, I think both are equally important for I enjoy the time when every1 is at home. It's so warm!!! However, a few were missing tonight. My sis got back a few concert tickets organised by NTV7 from her friends. It was held at Bukit Jalil. Anyway, the night was filled with joy. Those watching live were so high and those at home were screaming for the sake of fun too!!! haha....
Today is also a memorable day besides it is "冬至". It's the 20th Anniversary of our Beloved House. We moved in on the 22 Dec 1987. Wow, we have been staying at Wangsa Baiduri for 20 years. That's long!! This house has left us plenty of memories since we were born. It's a wonderful place. I do hope that we will celebrate the 50th Anniversary together in the future.

- KTV -
I guess we enjoyed ourselves at the room singing, but it's definitely less fun without Xin Ee. We didn't have our SS session this time....haha...Anyway, I'm happy to be with them. Around 3 o'clock, we walked back to Yong Mei's house because she said she wanna get her car and drive us to Sunway Pyramid. Her house used to be one of my frequent-visit places. I love going to her house. Her family members are so nice and friendly, but very sad that I couldn't see them today. Yong Mei, help me to send my regards to your Mom and Sis ya!!!
We spent one and a half hour at pyramid. 1st, we went "Animal" to visit Carrie as I remember that she is working there. Congratulation Carrie for scoring such good results!!! Same to Janice and May U guys have a great future ahead. Then, we went "Popular" but did not purchase anything. We were simply walking and reading books around. Though we didn't do much there, I'm already happy with it, at least I got to see their face...haha...I must hang out more or I will lose contact with them soon. Yong Mei even said that I have become quieter. Well, I will try to be noisier next time...haha...

- Friendship Forever -
By: Renee donna Bufete
I'm back to Subang, but this time the excitement of going back home is no longer that strong. In fact, I wish to stay in Melaka. Today is the last 12th day towards New Year and it's exactly 18 days from the date of leaving Melaka. I'm gonna miss this place, the people especially.

- Lovely Mandarin Class Gang -
It's a very meaningful class for we can help to teach them Mandarin. Majority students are International Students, vary from Indonesia, Mongolia, Saudi, Bostwana and etc. They are very interested in learning this language and they take it very seriously. This spirit can hardly be seen in the Chinese nowadays, but some do show this virtue. Well, of course I'm definitely one of them...haha....
I had a replacement class at 8 to 10pm today, so I was thinking not to go for the Mandarin Class. But, around 9 something, Chia How messaged and asked me must come over after my class and I went. I was peeping through the door before I entered into the room and I saw a cake. I thought it was some1's birthday. At this time they noticed I was outside and came to drag me in. "Finally U came!!", they said. Then I found out that they made it for me. I was so touched. Thanks Guys!!! I really appreciate it so much.
We took pictures and ate the cake. Everything was fine until something happened. We started the cake splashing event. I was the victim and my face was covered by the cream. I went to the toilet for numerous times to clean myself and wash my face. I even used up 1 roll of toilet paper just to wipe off the cream on my face and on my clothes. My whole body was so sticky, but it was so fun. We were so daring to play such game in the campus at that late hour. It was already 11pm if I'm not mistaken. The night went on with the "yamcha" session and it ended around 12 something. It was the latest night that I came back to my room so far in Melaka. I enjoyed the night so much.

- The Last 14th Day of Year 2007 -
Monday is always the busiest day of mine. I have been walking to and fro for numerous times. I have class since 10am and it was supposed to end at 5pm. However, due to the drama rehearsal, I got home at 8pm. I was exhausted. I'm glad that the practises went on very smoothly and we did enjoy it.
I got back a mid term result today. I was so happy for I got an A for my English. I was so worried before this. Well, the paper was not difficult, but lecturer did scare us by saying that 90% of the students failed in this mid term. Once this was out from her mouth, I did not put high hope on it, fortunately it turned out to be a good news for me. I managed to obtain the highest mark among the rest. It's really out of my expectation. Thank goodness.
My parents are back from holidays in Singapore. I was thinking that they will buy me something because everywhere is having sales. But, when I called home and asked about it, they said they did not purchase anything because they don't even have time to go shopping over there. Anyway, I'm glad that they enjoy their trip.

- Counting Down to New Year -
Well, it's quite happening today. We are so proud of our story line because it's really an interesting story, which lecturer even complimented that we did a good job. As compared to other groups that take up this topic as well, our group has done a fabulous work. There were uncountable "NGs" when we were rehearsing our part. Every1 tend to laugh including me. In fact, I laughed the most...haha...
But, to get every1 free to rehearse a few times more is so hard. Every1 has different timetable because we are from the different groups. I suffered a great headache to fix the time perfect for every1...haiz...It's never easy to be a leader. Nevermind. I will keep this as an experience for me in order to perform a better leadership next time. And I will serve my sis as my Idol. She is always good in managing these stuff. I have got lot more to learn. Hopefully everything goes well.

- Satisfaction -
Here comes the Grand Sales!! Christmas and New Year are just around the corner, everywhere is hanging the discount display rates. I guess many girls can't resist these...haha...After finishing my paper at 10am, 8 of us then took bus to Dataran Pahlwan. Before carrying out our hunting plan, we must 1st treat our stomach. We went to ShinLin, a shop which is famous of its chicken chop. It was so delicious....Yummy Yummy!!
Our 1st destination was Bossini. Every1 went out off the shop with empty handed. Then, we proceeded to the shop next to it >> In Base. All of us were as if prisoners who just came out from the prison, running to grab anything that attracts us. That place itself already took us around 1 hour. Everyone was busy fitting the pants from Samuel & Kelvin, shirts from I.P. Zone and jackets from Baleno. Without letting us upset, we managed to buy something. I got myself 2 pants from Samuel & Kelvin...happy...wee...
Then, we went to Padini Concept Store, another place congested with crowd. After trying a few pieces, I bought a shirt. The clothes there are so cheap. I couldn't believe that when I 1st saw the price tags...haha...After that, we accompanied a friend to M.C.K.Y. As she was shopping there, I went to its neighbour, Comma and found a coatie there, and of course I bought it...hehe...
The time showed 3.00pm. It's time to get out of this place and move to Mahkota Parade. As I was thinking that my purchasing activity is over for I was satisfied with my "revenues", instead of a shop, a stall caught my attention. I saw a few cool jackets there. I like them so much and have decided to buy 1, but the salesgirl approached and told me that there was no more stock and the displayed 1 was the last piece. I didn't buy it because the displayed jacket was kinda dirty and at last I only bought a T-shirt.
Wow, it's so fun today. We were literally happy and satisfied. Well, I bought quite a lot, but the Champion of the Day was not me. A guy who was along with us spent the most. He bought 3 shirts, 2 pants and 1 pair of shoes if I'm not mistaken. The things here are rather cheap, at least I'm pretty sure that they are far more cheaper than those in K.L.
Interested to come over to shop? Melaka always welcomes U!!! haha....

- 2 months time -
I went to Jusco Bukit Tinggi with my family, my grandma, my last aunt or better known as "Ber Gor" in Hokkien, and her family as well who came back Peninsula Malaysia for holidays. It was opened not long ago and that place was wonderful indeed. We quite like that place, at least most of us managed to get something. Although Papa didn't buy anything, he still loves this new shopping complex as I guess he is already bored of the rest. The person who got the most returns is my mum >> 3 clothes. My younger sis and I each bought 1 jacket.
However, the trip cost Papa alot man. It's NOT because of the shopping that we did. It's the tire's fault. Our car broke down on the way back home. One of the tires was poked by a BIG AND LONG nail. How unlucky we were!!! This is when the spare tire comes in handy, but this process took a long time. We changed it on the highway. Vehicles were passing in a high speed. It was so dangerous, but luckily nothing happened. I was wondering what should I do if it happens to someone who doesn't know anything about changing tire like ME?
In fact, it's a memorable day for I experienced something new today. But I hope that we will never encounter such incident anymore.

- Sweet Sweet Home -
I miss home so badly. I was supposed to come back on 7 Dec, but at last decided to go back on 6 Dec. I ponteng my Friday classes? It could be an answer of YES or NO...haha...Well, I have 3 hours of classes on Friday, but the 1-hour of English lecture was cancelled because lecturer had got training to attend for a few days. How about the other 2 hours of Economics lecture? Hehe...I managed to shift that 2 hours class to Monday. That's why I was able to go back home 1 day earlier and this 1 day absolutely made a big difference.
I bought a 12.30pm bus ticket back to KL, but I reached the bus station at 11.45am. I thought perhaps I could change it to an earlier bus trip. Unfortunately, there was no bus to KL at 12pm. No choice but to wait!! It's really a torture to wait for the time to reach when a person is dying of going home. Around 3 hours later, I reached Subang. I could see my mum smiling from the opposite road when she came to Carrefour bus stop to pick me. I'm sure they miss me pretty much as well...haha...PERASAN NYER SAYA...
Finally, I came back to my warmest home.

- A Famosa -
Around 9.45am, we reached the A Famosa Water World. That place was already congested. It's probably because every parents tend to bring their children there during these school holidays. There were also many tours from other states and Singapore coming over as I could see many buses parking along the road. There were not many games as compared to Sunway Lagoon, but it was not that bad after all. There were games that Lagoon does not have, especially the slides.
I was so proud of myself. I managed to play the HIGH-SPEED BODY SLIDE. That was exciting man. As the name tells, it was very steep so that we can slide down very quickly. It looks like a 90 degree "L" shape. Some guys dared not to try it..haha..And it's very high too!!! Whenever U wanna play it, U have gotta climb 5 or 6 floors or staircases. I have been walking more stairs than playing for the whole day because every game will need us to climb up and slide down. Luckily, the weather yesterday was mild. I managed not to get sun burn...haha...In fact, it was cool. We were shivering when we got to the water.
Well, our trip ended quite early. Around 3 o'clock, we left that place and drove back to my friend's house. We sat there for a while then we went to hunt for our food. We did not have anything into our stomach since morning. We were pretty exhausted and extremely hungry. Our Melaka friend said, "Let's go makan sedap sedap and banyak banyak. I shall bring U guys to this place, that place....." Thanks to her, we came back home with full stomach...haha...
Last, I would like to wish my younger sis a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Did U enjoy your sweet 16? I'm sure U did because U celebrated it with your "members" at Ee Lhim's house and got so many presents from friends. By the way, I still owe U a pressie. What do U wan? Cash or a gift? haha...Well, U can always claim from me anytime U want...hehe...Enjoy your sweet 16 ya and May all your dreams come true.

- The last month in Melaka -
Well, this year December is rather special. It is the 1st of mine studying during this supposed-to-be a holiday month. Anyway, I have gotta get used to it because I will be studying during this wonderful month for the rest 4 years of my tertiary education. It is not a bad thing staying in Melaka indeed. I have got myself enjoying in Melaka with my close friends, roomate and housemates. I'm pretty sure that my days will be very interesting with them. No Boredom, but JOY!!!
How do the people celebrate special festival or occasion over here? I wonder that. Never mind, this year I'm gonna stay here and celebrate Christmas and New Year. I shall see what's the difference between celebrating and counting down in our capital >> KUALA LUMPUR and in this little town >> MELAKA. This would be my 1st time and the last time celebrating here. I'm sure that it will be a memorable day for me.
