- Time -

There are 24 hours a day. It's neither too short nor too long. However I realised something, when U feel bored, U tend to think that the time passes very slow, but if U are in a happy & joyful mood, U will think that U are lacking of time and start to wonder "Why does time go so fast?". It has been almost one year that I sat for my SPM. Fuyoh...it's so unbelievable, as if it happened few days back for the memory of it is still very clear in my mind.

Back to secondary, we wear uniform to school everyday, we see the same teachers everyday, we eat the same food which is sold in canteen everyday, and we go to tuition everyday. It's boring indeed. However, I enjoyed that period of time. How I wish that the time could turn back, but IT WILL NEVER!!!

As mentioned above, time is precious. We should spend our time beneficially. So I'm going to study hardly for the next few days as I'm having test papers on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. NO BLOGGING UNTIL SATURDAY!!! Time Time Time!!!

- Saturday -

Yeah, another 1 week to go home!!

Maybe U will think that I'm making such a big deal about "Going Back Home", but I really miss my home and my friends. I would like to announce proudly that I have broken my own record as I have never lived here for more than 10 days. This time I managed to stay up to 20 days at EP...haha...I can't wait for the day I reach home.

I enjoyed my this Saturday even I did nothing much here. I spent all my time eating, studying, taking shower and chatting. But I'm so happy. I could hear Yong Mei's voice. Are U wondering how can I hear her voice if I did not go back Subang? The answer is through Yahoo. We talked to each other through Yahoo, using microphone. It has been so long since I last heard her voice. So excited!!! Wee...We gossiped for about one hour, non stop. However, I still feel that our topics will never end. Time flies quickly, especially the particular hour. Never mind, I still have plenty of time as we promise to go out "kai kai", "mam mam" & etc..haha..I'm looking forward to that DAY!!!

- EP -

EP is the place where I'm currently staying at Melaka. Its full name is Emerald Park. Sound nice right? I choose to stay here because of a few reasons. 1stly, it was my sister's decision. She and my brother used to stay here when they were studying at Melaka too. I believe in her choice as she always claims that she is the SMARTEST and I also trust that she won't recommend and choose a bad accommodation for her beloved sister...haha...2ndly, it's very near to my campus. It takes only 2 to 3 minutes to reach. For a person who feels lazy to walk like me, it's better to get a nearer place.

EP is a safe place to stay for the security here is quite strict. They do check your ID card whenever U step into the compound. It's a good practice but rather troublesome sometimes. Asking for ID card when people are holding many textbooks on hand is relatively not right, but to ensure the safety of every resident, they ought to do so. I should be grateful that they perform their job responsibly instead. Besides that, staying at EP is very convenient. There are restaurants, mini-mart, mamak, laundry, saloon, fast food and etc. So I do not have to worry about what to eat and where to eat because they are all around EP. They provide a variety of food and most importantly the price of the things here is reasonable.

But a bad thing is I'm staying on third floor. For your information, my unit number is B 03-16. I will need to climb up 3 floors of staircases at least once a day because there's no lift. It's tiring isn't it? Anyway, if U think from a positive side, it's a good form of exercise. I'm happy to be in this unit because I have many friendly housemates and not forgetting my lovely roomate.

Let's have a look of my roomate & housemates:

These are all my housemates. Some are same age as I, while some are my seniors. (P/S: I don't mean that they are old ok? haha...)

It was taken on my roomate's Birthday!!! Happy Sweet 18!!!

I personally feel that it is a nice place to stay, especially with wonderful roomate & housemates, even though people often complain about its internet connection. Unfortunately, I could only stay in this unit for another few months. Once I complete my foundation, I will need to leave EP and move to Cyber. Melaka is too far from my house. It's difficult for me to travel back every week. No matter how, family is the most important asset in my life. I also miss my friends in Subang. However, I appreciate the time I spent and the people I met here.

- Janice -

Yesterday i wrote about Yong Mei, today I'm gonna introduce my another best friend >>> Janice. Compared to Yong Mei, I have known Janice a little longer. Ever since the 1st day I entered SMKSJ, there began our story.

We managed to be classmates in Form 1 & Form 3 & we 2 were put to sit together in class. We talked non-stop in class. (P/S: We only talked when teachers are not teaching as we 2 are very good students...haha...) Few days ago as I was reading her blog, something she wrote recalled my memories. It happened when we were in Form 1. We were so daring that we "ponteng-ed" and walked to Subang Utama to meet our Lick Hung's friends. It was fun and adventurous. We managed not to be caught by our Penyelia Petang - Pn Kwan. That moment we felt as if we have accomplished something very unbelievable...haha...

Starting from Form 4 onwards, we were separated into 2 different classes, but that didn't make our friendship stop at the point. We still hang out together during free time, went same tuition (Mr Chan) and even studied together at MCD. So happened that her mother, Pn Chong was also my beloved class teacher. Her mom is a fantastic teacher. She is very responsible and treats the students like her real children. Like mother like daughter, Janice is a wonderful friend.

She has definitely left footprints in my heart and pictures will show as proof:

Both of us scored well In SPM >>> Keep it up ya!!!

Thanks for celebrating my 18th Birthday!!!

This was taken at Prom Night. We had a wonderful night.

Hopefully our friendship will last 4ever. I do treasure our friendship for I know that it's hard to be able to find a true friend in life. I'm so glad that I have found a few in my life. Perhaps we don't see each other so often nowadays, I believe that no1 can replace her as one of my BEST FRIENDS in my mind!!!

- Yong Mei -

Yong Mei is one of my best friends. She is a very nice person. I have known her by her LOOK since primary school, but never had the chance to know her well. Then we entered the same secondary school, that is SMKSJ >> A wonderful school where I had lots of memory. In year 2004, that was when we got very close to each other. We were in the same class, attended same tuitions, shared same interests and have same thoughts sometimes. Amazing right? haha...Although the time we know each other is not long, I feel that we were as if sisters, somehow even closer than real sisters. I am very comfortable being with her. We share our secrets and everything we have in mind. Whenever we go out together, we will spend most of the time talking. Just imagine how much we can chit chat...haha...

Now we have completed our secondary education and that separated us to different universities. I'm currently a student of MMU (Melaka Campus), but she is studying in KBU, somewhere in Damansara, if I m not mistaken. The distance is so far. However I suppose our friendship will remain unchanged despite the distance. DEFINITELY WILL!!!

We have a deal, which is going to "kai kai" on a Friday, but to be confirmed later..haha..I love going out with her because I just feel happy. I'm so glad that I have met such wonderful friend in my life. Thank God!!! May all her goals are achieved, be successful in her life, and not forgetting to bless her with joy and happiness.

Let me show some of our memories:

This was taken in school when we had our Hari Grauduasi.

The day when we got our SPM Results.

On 21th April 2007 (Hari Kecemerlangan)

Congratulations Yong Mei >>> 10 A's Scorer !!!

On my 18th Birthday, even though she wasn't very free at that night, she still came to celebrate & wished me Happy Birthday!!!

U know what? Now I realised that the pictures that we took together aren't that many. I regret for not taking more last time as time will never turn back. I miss the old time!! Recalling the past when we studied in MCD, chit-chat in classroom, go out shopping & watch movie together, play badminton & ping pong in Sunway Club and etc, I feel so warm. These were the things that bond us together. She has painted part of my life colourfully. I'm sure the friendship between us will last 4ever!!!

Thanks for everything, Yong Mei!!!

- Exam -

It's MIDTERM FEVER now!!! Every1 is having test and U can hardly see people without books. I dunno whether is it a good thing or a bad thing. Holding a book on your hand can be either defined as "Wow, U r so hardworking!" or "Ceh, now only wanna do last minute study!" haha...Opinion varies in different people. I just finished my very 1st paper, which was Business Statistics. The paper was ok. It wasn't very hard. At least I could answer all the questions and have confidence to score well. The next few papers are as follow:

Before Mid Term Break
  • Business Management on 1st August
  • Moral on 2nd August
  • English 2 on 4 August

After Mid Term Break

  • Accounting on 15th August
  • Computer Application 2 on 17th August

I'm sorry to say that I have not started preparing for any 1 of them. But I'm gonna study hardly for the sake of my goals. Hopefully I can beat the 2 imposters >>> Laziness & Sleepiness..haha..

- Happy Birthday -

Today is the Twins' Bday >>> Happy 19th Birthday!!

Happy Birthday to U,

Happy Birthday to U,

Happy Birthday to Sze Ee & Sze Ki,

Happy Birthday to U!

We (Shi Ying, Sje Hui, Wei Mun, Chi Huey & I) wanted to make a surprise for the twins. But very sad that it failed at the end. Never mind. As usual, there must be a birthday cake on a birthday right? We bought a half kilogram cake for them as pictured above. Its name is Italy Chocolate Cheese. The venue that we celebrated their birthday wasn't so nice, but what really matters is the HEART!!

People say "A picture tells a thousand words." So let's the pictures do the talking.

~ The 2 Birthday Girls ~

~ Making a Wish ~

~ Cutting the Cake ~

~ Eating cake together ~

It's a wonderful day. It's happy to celebrate birthday with friends even though our family is not around. Friends do leave sweet memories in our life. Hopefully there's still a chance to celebrate birthday together.

FRENS 4EVER!!!

- MMU (Melaka) -

I have been studying at MMU (Melaka Campus) for around 5 months (since February, after having deducted the holidays). Ok now let me briefly describe my life over HERE!!

~University Life~

I'm currently a FOSEE student. For your information, FOSEE stands for Foundation Studies & Extension Education. I'm taking Foundation in Management for my alpha year and I intend to major in Accounting later on. The duration of my alpha year is 1 year, which means I need to stay here for another half a year for I have already been here for 5 months as mentioned above. After these 6 months, I will "FLY" to Cyber to continue my Degree. (...Happy...)

This is my 2nd trimester in MMU. The timetable of mine this Semester is kinda suck because I do have class on Friday. OMG!!! (Chilling) But never mind, the good thing is my class on Friday ends at 11...haha...Every close fren of mine knows that I used to go back every week last trimester and that's why I was called a member of PBSM. Do u know what is the meaning of PBSM here? It refers to >>>> Persatuan Balik Setiap Minggu...haha...Bus companies are making great money if they have customers who go back every week LIKE ME!!! Isn't it true? haha...Anyway, I'm trying not to go back so often. Everytime I go back, I will need my parents to send me to Pudu on Sunday. It's so troublesome. It's not only wasting money (petrol), but their precious time (traffic jam) as well. I know they don't mind, but I feel so bad.

SORRY, PAPA & MAMA.

Here, I met many nice friends. The few who are closest to me are:
  • Shi Ying >>> She stays in Melaka. So basically she knows everywhere in Melaka. Besides that, she also owns a car. Due to these 2 reasons, she can bring us "kai kai"...haha...
  • Sje Hui >>> She stays in EP, one floor above my unit. Everytime we finish our class, we 2 will walk back to EP together.
  • Wei Mun >>> She is from KL. That's why we have more common interests, especially about nice places & nice food in KL.
  • Sze Ee & Sze Ki (Twins) >>> Some1 said that they 2 are alike. But once U get close to them, U will realise that they 2 are totally different, except their look. (Of course more or less they 2 will look alike. THEY ARE TWINS OK?)

P/S: I don't mean that the rest of people here are not nice. They are wonderful too.

Over all, MMU a nice place to study. The atmosphere here is for sure better than Subang, at least I have the study mood...haha...The lecturers are also friendly and most importantly they are professional. I guess I will miss this place when I'm no longer here.

- Mid Term Break -

This will be my Mid Term Break:

4th August --- 12th August

What to do?
What else but ENJOY HOLIDAYS!!!hehe...

1st and foremost >>>
PLANNING
4th August --- It's a Saturday. By the time I reach home, it's already quite late. So I guess what I can do for the remaining hours is STAY AT HOME AND ENJOY!! I must catch up with my DRAMAs...haha...

5th August --- I wanna go shopping. It's mega sale now. I wanna go out with my friends. There's been a long time since we last went out together.

6th August --- I need to start working out with my driving. My Papa & Mama have always allowed me to drive alone, but I still dare not to. I must do it because I wanna drive my parents & my dear friends, especially Yong Mei & Janice for they have always fetched me around.

7th August --- Follow Papa to KL if he is going. I miss going out to "Yao Che Hor" with my parents.

8th August --- Stay at home to prepare for the other 2 papers, which are Accounting on 15th August and Computer Application on 17th August. Not forgetting to watch DRAMAs (again) and help out my parents in housework as I'm always a good daughter...haha...

9th August --- Get ready to go back Melaka. Buy daily necessities (such as biscuits, cereal, milk and etc) at Carrefour. Then pack my luggage as I wont have time to do so on the following few days.

10th August --- Go out with Yong Mei as we have already promised each other, but of course it depends on her schedule. It might be cancelled at the last minute. However, even we can't make it, we will at least "yumcha".

11th August --- Attend Jiejie & Gogo's Convocation at Cyber Jaya. It's an important day for both of them. Congratulations!!!

12th August --- The whole family of mine is going for a photo shot. Take a snap of the SMART LOOK of My Sis & Bro in the graduate robe. After everything is done, I will have to go back Melaka.

~THE END~

As what U can see above, is my holiday fun? This is only my planing. Whether is it gonna be real, I will tell U..hehe..

- Food -

"What's your favourite food?"

When this question is thrown to U, what is the 1st answer that comes to your mind? Without any hesitation, I will definitely answer "OF COURSE IT'S MY MUMMY'S HOME-COOKED FOOD." I have been staying outside for quite some times and I start to realize that my mom's food is the best. Those "Outside Food" are so unhealthy. OMG they will be either too salty or too tasteless. I'm kinda regret and feel so sorry for not appreciating her dishes last time.

I miss my mom's
  • Sup especially her so-called "Zha Dan" sup (...Haha...)
  • Fish (Currently I prefer to eat those steamed fish instead of fried fish and etc, which I loved to eat last time because I'm already a health conscious person >>> now and in the future)
  • Mi Hun Ge (The 1 with mushroom)
  • All her dishes...yummy yummy >>> my saliva is dropping...haha...

Basically, all my meals these few days are bread, milk + granola, oat, fruit and biscuits. When can I eat a proper lunch or dinner? sob sob...Never mind 2 weeks later, I will be back home to enjoy delicious food.

I'm Coming Back!!!

- Family -

I miss them!!

This would be my 1st time not going back home for so many weeks. I'm kinda proud of myself...haha...I believe it will be more in the future. However i start to miss every1 of my family members. Staying here for weekends, time tends to go very slow. I can't wait for the mid term break.

But before it comes, I have to sit for a few mid term papers, which I'm not really ready for them. In order not to disappoint my parents, I will definitely study hard. Besides that, I also work hard to achieve my goal >>>> 4 FLAT!!! U think I can? There's a proverb: "If U think U can, U CAN!!" n I shall prove that I CAN!!!

I have a deal with JieJie (in fact there are 3 deals). She will reward me if I meet her requirements. In term of cash KNOW?haha...

The 3 deals are:
  • Get 4 flat for any trimester in my alpha year (She's hoping that I could get 4 flat for all my upcoming trimesters. I hope that too!!)
  • Get 7 A+ for my whole alpha year (There are already 2 on my hands. Work hard for another 5 A+ ya...GAMBATEH!!)
  • Score 1st class CGPA from alpha year till epsilon year

Fuyoh...hard 2 achieve isn't it? It's not that easy to get 4 flat in alpha year because of a spoiler --- English. Perhaps it's easy but I need to put more efforts on it as my English standard is not very high as compared to others. Next, the deal to get 7 A+ is even tougher to attain. To get an A+, one must get 90 and above, out of 100. Not as easy as U thought. For the last deal, I'm quite sure that I can achieve it. Not to say that I'm over confident, but with hard work I'm pretty sure that I CAN MAKE IT!! This reward really motivates me...haha...
